Service 498
Brentwood to Romford Queens Hospital timetable

A face covering must be worn on all TfL services unless you are exempt.
From Monday 15 June 2020, TfL changed the hours that can be travelled with an older person's bus pass to reduce crowding on TfL services and help social distancing.
These cards are only valid for travel on TfL services from 09:00, Monday to Friday, but are still valid for travel at any time on weekends and bank holidays.
Before 9am contactless credit or debit cards or Oyster cards should be used
If you have a Disabled Person's Freedom Pass, you can still travel at any time on TfL services.
Please note that if the 498 is unable to complete a journey and passengers are advised to continue the journey by rail, bus passes are not accepted by the railway companies and you should ask for a printed paper ticket for the train journey.
